Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log in to your dashboard and click Manage Billing to open the Stripe portal. You can cancel your subscription there and your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

My plan shows Free after checkout.

Open the Eve app and sign in with the same email you used for checkout. Pull to refresh on the account screen. If the issue persists, email support@helloeve.org with your receipt.

How do I change my payment method?

Open your dashboard and click Manage Billing. In the Stripe portal, go to Payment Methods to update your card.

Can I get a refund?

Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. For exceptional circumstances, contact support@helloeve.org.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@helloeve.org. We'll process your request within 30 days.

I'm a provider — how do I get listed?

Visit the provider signup page to create your Eve provider profile and choose a listing plan.
